Eastman is hosting a checking clinic for players who want to develop their checking skills.

The clinic is geared towards learning the basic skills of body checking.  Clinis is two sessions of 1.5 hours each and will focus on the following skills:

• Proper techniques for receiving and delivering a hit
• Proper angling methods
• Instructions on when to hit and when not to hit

Location:  St. Adolphe Arena

Cost: $90.00                                                           

Dates:  March 17th, 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm

            March 24th, 7:45 pm to 9:15 pm

Maximum registation of 20 players.  We will accept a wait list and if there is significant interest, a second clinic may be added.
